説教あらすじ 「『安息日』について」 (25/01/2026)
[出エジプト記 ２０章８～１１節，ルカの福音書 ６章１～１１節]
◆『安息日』とは？
・『仕事』の内容の定義がカギ。このように細かく律法を定義し直したことによって、ユダヤ人は律法が「人に対す る神の愛によって定められた」ということを見失ってしまった。恐らく彼ら自身も律法を守ることに対する窮屈さを 感じていただろう。そんな中イエスが自分たちの定めた規定を平然と破っているのを見て激しく妬んだ。
◆神はなぜ『安息日』を定めたのか？
・この箇所の並行記事がマルコ２章にもあるが、マルコはこう結んでいる。[マルコ２：27-28] では神様は、どういう理由で「人のために」安息日を設けたのか？
①人間には休息が必要だから(申命記５：12-14) ②造り主を覚えるため(出エジプト記３１：13) ③聖なる会合のため
・「律法は間違っていた」と考える人がいるかもしれないが、それは誤り。ただその「解釈」や「扱い方」を間違えてしまうことがある。「神様は優しい方だから、厳しい言い方の『律法』とはかみ合わない」と感じるかもしれないが、『真の愛』は厳しい時には厳しい。『安息日』に関しても、旧約聖書の中ではとても厳しく定められている。それは厳しく命じなければ、人は必ず軽んじたり、自分の都合で融通を聞かせようとして徐々に神から離れて行くから。
今日の真理： 『安息日』は人のために設けられた
◎更に深い学びのために
①誰かからの「愛の忠告」を、その真意を汲み取れずに窮屈に感じたり、相手を恨んだりしたことがありますか？
②神はなぜ『安息日』をお定めになったのでしょう？ それがなぜ「人のために設けられた」と言えるのでしょう？
③「安息日の定め」を含め、神の様々な律法の背景に、どのようにして『神の愛』を見出すことができますか？

[Exodus ２０：8~11，Luke ６：1~11]
◆What is “Sabbath”？
・They completely misunderstood what “God’s Commandments” all about and made huge mistake on the definition of “Work”. They themselves were frustrated observing these laws so when they saw Jesus breaking their rules, they envied and got really angry.
◆Why did God made “Sabbath”？
・About the same event Mark added Jesus’ last comment.[Mark ２：27-28] Then why did God make “Sabbath”？
①We all need “Rest”. (Deuteronomy ５：12-14) ②To remember our “Creator”. (Exodus ３１：13)
③We should meet in God. ・There are some blessings we can only experience when we meet in God.
・“God’s law” is always right but we sometimes misunderstand or mistreat it. Some may think, “Law sounds too strict whereas God is so kind and gentle!” These people completely misunderstand “who God is” and “what real Love is like”. “God and real Love” is strict because they both are truly expect our “Very Best”！
Today’s main point： “The Sabbath” was made for man.

①Have you misunderstood someone’s “advice with love” and felt uncomfortable or resentful ？
②Why did God make “Sabbath”？ How can we tell that it was made for man？
③How can we see “Love of God” behind every law including “Sabbath” which is given to us from God？
