説教あらすじ 「イエスを驚かせる信仰」 (29/03/2026)
[ルカの福音書 ７章１～１０節]
◆百人隊長の優れた点（９節）
①ユダヤ人に対する敬意 ・ユダヤ文化を尊重し、彼らのために会堂を建て、また自ら会いに行くことを控えた。
②謙虚さ ・１人のしもべに対する思いやり。属国であるユダヤ人の文化や習慣を熟知し、それを尊重している。
③信仰 ・イエスの権威を知り、しかもそれが創造主なる神から来ていることを信じ、「みことばの権威」を認めた。
・ユダヤ人の長老たちは「この人には資格がある」と言ったが、百人隊長自身は「私には資格がない」と言った。『資格』は「行ない」によって与えられるのではなく「恵み」による。彼はイエスから溢れ出る恵みに期待した。
◆百人隊長に倣う
・私たちも、神から委ねられている「権威と責任」に忠実に歩むことによって、この「優れた信仰」に倣うことができる。私たち「信じる者」には、キリストによって驚くべき『権威』が与えられている。[マルコ１６：17-18]
・私たちは、このような「大いなる救い」や「御国の権威」に与る素質も資格もなかった。ただ「イエス・キリストにある恵み」によってのみ、それが委ねられている。この「神の愛と信頼」に応えて、神の御前に身を低くし、みことばに従いつつ、「御国の権威」を行使しながら、この世にキリストを証しして行こう！
今日の真理： 神のみわざは、神の権威の下に歩む者を通して現される

①百人隊長の信仰が優れていたのは、どのような点においてですか？
②あなたがこの百人隊長の「優れた信仰」に倣う上で、障害になっているものがあるとすれば、それは何ですか？
③イエスは『信じる者』にどんな約束を与えていますか？ この約束の成就のために必要なものは何でしょう？

[Luke ７：1~10]
◆What is “marvelous” about centurion’s faith? （Verse ９）
①Respect towards Jews. ・He built synagogue for them and hesitated himself to come to see Jesus.
②Humility. ・He had sympathy for his servant. He also had a good understanding of Roman colony.
③Faith ・He believed that the authority of Jesus is coming from Heavenly Father. And he also believed that God is merciful enough so that He pours His grace upon him even though he is a gentile.
◆Follow centurion’s example.
・How can we follow this centurion’s “marvelous faith”? By being faithful to “authority and responsibility” God has entrusted us. God has given us incredible promise in Jesus’ name！[Mark１６：17-18]
・We deserve neither “salvation” nor “authority from heaven”. God has given them to us only by grace in Jesus’ name. Why don’t we respond to His love and grace？ So let us humble ourselves, observe His Word and make witness of Christ to the world by demonstrating His promise！
Today’s Truth： Signs will be revealed through those who live under God’s authority.
