◆外側よりも、まず中身

・「聖霊の導き」とは、必ずしも私たちを『行動』へと駆り立てるわけではない。むしろ「この世の価値観」にすっか

り洗脳された私たちを『真理』に目覚めさせ、「神の国の価値観（新しいいのち）」へと導く。[ローマ８：1-2]

・内なる御霊との交わりを通して「自分は何もできなくても、愛され、喜ばれている」 と深く実感するまでは、

「主にあって何かを始める」べきではない。（始めても良いが、『律法的』になる可能性大）

◆私たちに起こる変化

・内なる御霊は『必殺掃除人』のような方ではない。私たちの人生に入ってくるなり、「あそこが汚れていますよ。

今キレイにしますからね！」などと、私たちの内面をいきなり大掃除し始めたりしない。

・御霊はむしろ「メチャメチャ美形でのんびり屋な夫（妻）」のよう。彼は「具体的なアクションを起こさせる」というよ

り、まず『志』を与え、「私たちがしたくないことをさせる」のではなく、「ヤル気にさせる」。[雅歌２：7]

Outline of the sermon  “Inner work of the Spirit.”  (07/04/2019)

◆From “inside” rather than “outside”.

・The Spirit does not necessarily guide us to “action”.  His primary work is to awake us to “the truth” and lead

us to “the kingdom value” from “the value of this world” which we have been deeply involved. [Romans ８：1-2]

・We better not start “doing something for God” until we really understand that “God loves you and is pleased

    with you even if you contribute nothing to the kingdom”. （Otherwise you easily get “legalistic”.）

◆How does “change” start within us？

・The Spirit does not act like “an efficient cleaner”.  He does not come into our lives and say, “Wow, it’s so

messy here！ Well, let me start tidying up and it’ll be super clean by the end of today.  No worries！”

・The Spirit within us is more like “a very charming and patient spouse”.  Instead of pushing us to “actions”,

he accepts us as we are, loves and understands us, and waits for us until we really make our minds. [Song of Songs ２：7]
