説教あらすじ　　　「『指導者』を覚える」　　　(09/06/2024)

[へブル人への手紙 １３章１７～１９節]

◆指導者に従う（１７節）

　・この『指導者』というのは、「霊的なリーダー」のこと。牧師、役員、他のミニストリー・リーダー、グループ・リーダーたち。これらの人々が「主の牧場に住む羊の群れ」のために喜びと生きがいをもって仕えているなら、そのキリストにある群れは『健康』であると言える。そして「生ける神の共同体」である『教会』は、健康ならば必ず成長する。

　・『指導者（特に「牧師」）』にとっての「喜び」とは何であろうか？それは、群れに属する１人１人が「キリストにあって『自己最高』を生きること」。また、そのために互いが助け合い支え合うこと。私たちは「互いに結び合わされ、キリストの身丈にまで成長するため」に召し出された。

◆指導者のために祈る（１８節）

　・指導者たちが必要としている祈りとは、「いつも神との親密な関係を保ち、神の望むところに従って群れ（１人１人）を導くことができるように。（正しい『模範』によって）

　・悪魔が教会を攻撃するための最も効果的な標的は、いつも「リーダーたち」。だからこそ、リーダーたちは特に「祈りによる防壁」を必要としている。

　・リーダーたちは常に次のことを意識しておくべきである。「Before God for people, before people for God」。

　　リーダーたちがいつもこの心構えを保っていられるように、日々祈りに覚えてください！

◎更に深い学びのために

　①あなたの周りにはどのような『霊的指導者たち』がいますか？ 具体的に名前を挙げてみましょう。

　②それらの人々を心から尊敬できますか？ もしできないとすれば、何が問題なのだと思いますか？

　③それらの指導者たちが、更に優れた指導を喜んで継続していくために、どのように祈ることができるでしょう？

[Hebrews 13：17～19]

◆Obey your leaders.（Verse１７）

　・In this context, “leaders” means those who are taking leadership for our “spiritual growth”.  They are pastors,

  church board members, various ministry leaders and small group leaders.  Church is spiritually “healthy”

  as long as these leaders are serving among us lively and delightfully.

　・What can be “a joy” for these leaders？  It is to see us living “abundant life of God”.  And also seeing us

  “helping and supporting each other to fulfill our destinies in Christ”.  We are called to attain to the measure of

  the stature of the fullness of Christ.

◆Pray for your leaders.（Verse１８）

　・Every leader requires “prayer support” to build a body of Christ.  So let us pray that our leaders always keep

  close relationship with God and guide us to the right path by the Spirit of God and good examples.

　・Satan knows that the easiest way to destroy a church is “to attack its leaders”.  So, pray for your leaders so

  that they may stand strong each day and overcome temptations from evil ones.  And also pray that they can

  always stand: “Before God for people, and before people for God！

＊Today’s key words: “SHIDOUSHA”(Leaders), “JIKO SAIKO-”(Own best), “KENKO-”(Healthy).

◎Questions to ponder on:

　①Who are your “spiritual leaders”？ Try listing their names.

　②Are you respecting them wholeheartedly？ If you are not, what is a problem？

　③How can you pray for them so that they keep leading you and your church to grow even greater？
