◆『真理』とは？

　　　・本当のこと　　・すべての物事の基準になり得るもの

　　　・似たものに「定理」「原理（法則）」などがあるが、真理だけは「いつでも・どこでも・だれにでも」適用される。

◎[ヨハネ8:28-36]　

◆イエスはここで、まず」「真理に至るプロセス」について述べている。[３１～３２節]

①イエスを信じる[３１節]（イエスご自身に対する信頼） ➝ 基本的には「十字架上の出来事」を個人的に事実と認める。[２８節]

②イエスの本当の弟子となる[３１節]　（「イエスのことば」にとどまる[そのまま信じ、従う]ことによって。）

・イエスご自身に対する個人的な信頼が、彼のことばに対する絶対的な信頼を生む。

③真理を知り、自由になる[３２節]

　　　・みことばの約束が確かであることに力を得、イエスの真実さを日々体験し、逆境をも乗り越えて生きる。

◆「自由」と「奴隷」[３３節]

　　・自由＝（心が）束縛されていない。（ある行為を）しても、しなくてもいられる。　・奴隷＝しないではいられない。

＊[３５～３６節]

　・『奴隷』が主人の家にとどまるのは「行い」の故。行いにこだわっているうちは、真の自由を体験していない。

　・『子』が家にいるのは「立場（生まれ）」の故。「父との関係」が重要。[エペソ１：５～６]

★今日もあなたは「子とされた者」です。あなたを奴隷に陥れる「この世の（サタンの）ことば」に惑わされることなく、不動の真理であるイエス・キリストとそのみことばをいつも握りしめ、その真理に基づく自由を日々体験しましょう！

◆ What is “the truth”？

　　　・The real thing.　　・Something which could be a standard.

　　　・There are similar things such as ‘theorem’, ‘principle’, but only ‘the truth’ is unconditional.

◎[John 8:28-36]　

◆Here Jesus is talking about “the way to the truth”. [Verse 31-32]

① Put faith in Jesus. [Verse 31]（in Jesus himself！） ➝ Accepting his ‘redemption on the cross’ is the basic.[Verse 28]

② Hold to teaching of Jesus.[Verse 31]　（Trust in Jesus himself leads us to trust his words.）

③ Know the truth and be free.[Verse 32]

　　　・Being strengthened by his promise and experiencing his faithfulness make us overcome adversities.

◆「Freedom」 and 「Slave」[Verse 33]

　　・Freedom＝Not be bound（in heart）. Not addicted to anything.　・Slave＝Being addicted to certain activities.

＊[Verse 35-36]

　・“Slaves” stay at home for their work.  If your faith depend on your good works, you are not yet free.

　・“Children” stay at home for their nature.  They depend on the relationship with Father. [Ephesians 1:5-6]

★Through Christ you became a child of God and free indeed.  Do not be tempted by “the word of this world(Satan) , but instead, hold out the word of truth and experience daily the freedom comes from it！
