説教あらすじ 「答えるべき２つの質問」 (06/09/2026)
[ルカの福音書 ９章１８～２７節]
◆「あなたはイエスを誰だと言うか？」（２０節）
・この質問に対し弟子たちは「神のキリストです」と言った。当時の彼らの理解は不十分だったとしても、私たちは新約聖書を通してこの質問が「永遠をどこで過ごすか」を左右する『人生最大の問いかけ』であると知っている。
◆「あなたはイエスについて行くか？」（２３～２６節）
・この質問は、１番目の問いに「イエスは私の救い主です」と答えた人々に対して。これに対する答えは「死後の行き先」ではなく、「この世でどう生きるか」を左右する。使徒たちは正に「命懸けで」この問いに応答して行った。
・この質問は私たちにどういう意味を持つか？「信仰の故に死を覚悟せよ」ということなのか？ある意味ではそう。しかし迫害の無い地ではあまり意味を成さない。ルカはパウロの活動を目の当たりにしながらこの箇所を書いただろう。パウロはこう言った。[ピリピ３：7-8] 「キリストを知っていることの素晴らしさのゆえ」。『救い主』という以上の「イエスを知るレベル」がある。そして「イエスを更に深く知ること」が、この問いに対する答えに変化を与える。
・イエスは言われた。[ヨハネ１０：10] では「イエスが与えるいのち」はどの様にして「より豊かになる」のか？それは「より深くイエスを知ることによって」に違いない。[ヨハネ１７：3] あなたはこのイエスについて行きたいですか？
今日の真理： 「いのちの豊かさ」は「イエスとの関係の深さ」に比例する

[Luke 9：18~27]
◆“Who do you say that Jesus is?” （Verse ２０）
・Apostles replied, “The Christ of God” though they might not really understand what they meant. Yet we have enough understanding through New Testament that the answer for this question determines our “Eternity”.
◆ “Would you go after Jesus?” （Verses ２３～２６）
・This question is for those who answered, “Jesus is my Savior” to the first question. The answer for this question doesn’t determine “where to go after death” but “how we live in this world”. Apostles literary gave up their lives.
・Is this question demanding our lives? Yeah, but doesn’t mean much in the country like NZ. Luke wrote this
article after observing Paul’s life. Paul said: [Philippians ３：7-8] “Because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ”. Sounds like there are levels of “knowing Christ”, and it makes difference to answer this question.
・Jesus said: [John１０：10] What makes this “Life” more abundant? By knowing more of Christ. [John１７：3] This question is an invitation from Jesus so that we may experience “more abundant life”. Do you want to follow him?
Today’s Truth： “Abundance of life” is in proportion to “Intimacy with Jesus”.

①Who do you say that Jesus is？ Why is that？
②Would you go after Jesus？ Why is it？
